Public Offer

Effective date: 18 August 2026 · Version 1.0

How it works: by paying a Malina Visa invoice you fully accept the terms of this offer — no separate signature is required.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer (the “Offer”) of PT. SOLUSI VISA MUDAH PRIMA, operating under the Malina Visa brand (the “Supplier”), addressed to any capable individual (the “Client”), to enter into an agreement for visa support and related services on the terms below.

1.2. The specific list of services, their scope, price and timelines are specified in the invoice issued by the Supplier (the “Invoice”). The Invoice is an integral part of the agreement concluded on the basis of this Offer.

1.3. The current version of the Offer is permanently available at https://www.malinavisa.com/offer. The Supplier may amend the Offer; the version in force on the date of payment of the Invoice applies.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

2.1. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is the payment of the Invoice by the Client, in full or in part, by any of the means specified in the Invoice.

2.2. The agreement is concluded from the moment the funds are received in the Supplier’s account. From that moment the Client confirms having read, understood and accepted all terms of this Offer without exceptions.

2.3. No paper or electronic signature is required. The Invoice number and the payment record identify the Client and the concluded agreement.

3. Services and Timelines

3.1. The Supplier collects, prepares and submits the documents required to obtain the visa or immigration status specified in the Invoice.

3.2. Work begins after both: (a) receipt of payment; (b) receipt of all required documents and information from the Client. Standard preparation starts within 1 working day; submission to Indonesian Immigration takes place on the next working day where applicable.

3.3. Estimated timelines are stated in the Invoice or communicated in writing (e-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram). Timelines are estimates and depend on the immigration authorities.

3.4. The completed visa / document is delivered via e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The price is stated in the Invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Invoice, it includes the Supplier’s fee and the related government fees.

4.2. The Invoice is payable within 3 (three) working days from issue unless a different period is stated in it. The Supplier may cancel an unpaid Invoice after this period.

4.3. Bank charges are borne by the Client. The Bali tourist levy and personal expenses are not included unless stated in the Invoice.

5. Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Supplier shall: (a) prepare the Client’s documents with due professional care and submit them to the competent authorities; (b) keep the Client informed; (c) deliver the result per Section 3; (d) keep the Client’s data confidential per Section 9.

5.2. The Client shall: (a) provide complete, truthful and accurate information and documents and respond promptly to additional requests, including those of the immigration authorities; (b) pay the Invoice on time; (c) not use the services for unlawful purposes. The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Supplier is not responsible for: (6.1) changes in government regulations, immigration office holidays or errors, force majeure; (6.2) the decision to approve or reject the visa, including delays and technical errors of the authorities; (6.3) consequences of inaccurate, false or forged information or documents submitted by the Client; (6.4) denial of entry upon arrival in Indonesia — entry is at the sole discretion of the immigration officers.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. No refund is made in the cases described in clauses 6.1–6.4.

7.2. If Indonesia suspends the relevant visa category before the Client’s documents are submitted to immigration, the Client is entitled to a 90% refund. After submission, no refund is possible.

7.3. No refund is made if the Client obtains a visa through another agent while this agreement is in force, or after the services have been completed.

7.4. Procedure: a written request to the Supplier (e-mail or WhatsApp); review within 5 working days; approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.

8. Client Declarations

By accepting this Offer the Client declares that during the visa validity they will not: (8.1) engage in political, propaganda or intelligence activities; (8.2) be involved in drug trafficking or consumption; (8.3) participate in any criminal activity; (8.4) work for any Indonesian company or individual, or receive income in Indonesia, unless the obtained status expressly permits it.

8.5. The Client bears all personal expenses and financial responsibility for any damage or incidents caused by them during their stay in Indonesia.

9. Personal Data

9.1. By accepting the Offer the Client consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing the services.
