Malina Visa is a visa agency in Bali. We have been running since 2021 and have processed over 2,000 visas in that time. We obtain and extend visas and KITAS, close residence statuses, register companies and keep their reporting, and help you get visas for other countries while you are in Indonesia. The office is in Jimbaran; we serve clients across the country.
Who we are
The agency was founded in 2021. Since then more than 2,000 visas and KITAS have gone through us — from a one-month eVOA to work and investor statuses running several years. We have watched Indonesia rewrite its entire visa classification twice in that period, and we work to the current one rather than the one we got used to.
Behind the Malina Visa brand is the Indonesian legal entity PT SOLUSI VISA MUDAH PRIMA, tax number NPWP 10.000.000.9-755.604. The contract is with the company, payment goes to its account, and the terms are set out in our public offer.
The company previously traded as Bali Sellers Consulting — a name that still shows up in older listings and directories. Same legal entity, same team.
We work in English and Russian. Most people arrive with one question — which visa do I need — and stay for the renewal deadlines, status changes and company paperwork that follow.
The team and the office
There are seven of us, and visas are the job rather than a sideline. Indonesian immigration rules change by decree several times a year: that has to be followed daily, otherwise an agency keeps selling statuses that no longer exist.
For corporate clients a lawyer, an accountant and a notary join the team. Registering a PT PMA, filing annual reports, preparing documents for notarisation — these are separate professions, and we do not pretend a visa manager can cover them alone.
The office is in Jimbaran, on Jl. Karang Mas. You can turn up with your passport and sort things out in person — not every agency in Bali offers that. Best to arrange a time first: then we are certainly there and your documents are ready when you arrive.

We split the government fee from our own commission, name the extra levies before you pay, and do not sell services you do not need. If a visa is not available to you, you hear that before any money changes hands.
