Second Home KITAS
Second Home is for people making Indonesia their long-term base: a residence permit issued for 5 or 10 years straight, on the basis of documented capital. No employers, business plans or age thresholds.
The core requirement is placing funds (benchmark — from IDR 2 billion, roughly USD 125–130k) in an Indonesian bank account, or an equivalent property investment. In return — resident status for years ahead and multiple entry.

How it works
Send a passport-spread photo, a personal photo and a WhatsApp or Telegram contact.
We prepare the agreement, you sign — and receive an invoice for the chosen package.
After payment we file the documents and manage the application at every stage.
The finished document arrives with a notification and stays in your personal account.
Frequently asked questions
Are the funds frozen for the whole term?
The funds sit in an Indonesian bank account as proof of status; how freely they can be used depends on the programme’s current rules. We lay out the details before filing so there are no surprises.
Does buying a villa work instead of a deposit?
A property investment is accepted as an alternative — with requirements on value and titling. We’ll check your property for eligibility.
Can I work remotely on Second Home?
Working for foreign companies from Indonesia is generally an acceptable scenario in this status; employment with local companies is prohibited. For a purpose-built remote-work permit, see the E33G.
What about family?
Your spouse and children receive dependent statuses based on yours — living in Indonesia for the same 5–10 years.
