Work KITAS
A Work KITAS bundles a work permit with a residence permit. It is the only route to legal employment with an Indonesian company: no other visa grants the right to work or earn income in the country.
The employer acts as sponsor: the company first obtains approval to hire a foreign employee (RPTKA) and related permits, then an entry visa (VITAS) is issued and converted into a KITAS after arrival, with mandatory biometrics. Duration depends on the position — typically 6 to 12 months, renewable.

How it works
Send a passport-spread photo, a personal photo and a WhatsApp or Telegram contact.
We prepare the agreement, you sign — and receive an invoice for the chosen package.
After payment we file the documents and manage the application at every stage.
The finished document arrives with a notification and stays in your personal account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I work for several companies?
No — a Work KITAS is tied to a specific employer and position. Working for other companies requires separate authorisation.
What happens if I change jobs?
The new employer goes through the process anew: their own permits and a new KITAS. We help make the transition without gaps in legal status.
Can my family move with me?
Yes — dependent KITAS for your spouse and children attach to your work permit. They cannot work on it, but living and schooling are covered.
How fast is a Work KITAS issued?
Slower than regular visas: employer permits first, then the VITAS and conversion. Exact timing depends on the position and the company’s paperwork — we’ll give a realistic estimate after a consultation.
What about permanent residence?
After several years of continuous Work KITAS (typically five) you may qualify for a KITAP — permanent residence.
