Frequently asked questions
Are these prices final?
Yes, wherever a figure is given. The government fee is already inside it and there is nothing to top up at the office. Only the levies we name explicitly are paid separately: DKP-TKA on the work and artist KITAS, and consular fees on visas for other countries.
Why are some prices on request?
Because they depend on your situation more than on the visa type: age, income, family composition, whether you have a company. Quoting an average that later changes is worse than working the number out for you honestly.
Which currency do I actually pay in?
Indonesian rupiah. The dollar figures on this page are a reference conversion at about IDR 17,700 per USD and move with the exchange rate; the rupiah amount is the one in your invoice.
How are your prices different from other agencies?
We separate the government fee from our own commission. When an agency quotes one turnkey sum, the fee and the markup are mixed together and you cannot tell what you are paying for.
How often do prices change?
Government fees change by decree, our own rates less often. The date the page was checked is at the top, and we update it rather than leaving last year's.
