Bali Immigration: Where to Go and Why
Bali has three immigration offices: Denpasar, Jimbaran (the Ngurah Rai airport zone) and Singaraja in the north. Since June 2025 an in-person biometrics visit is mandatory for extensions — so knowing “your” office matters to anyone staying longer than a month.

How the visit goes
The standard extension flow: online filing and payment → an appointment e-mail → a visit within 3 days → photo, fingerprints, signature (~30 minutes) → the result by e-mail in a few working days.
